Booking Policies
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your booking details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or changes.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price in effect at the time of your booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your booking at any time, but cancellation fees may apply. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the type of booking.
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event that we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. We will make every effort to notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible.
Liabilities and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during your stay. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during your booking.
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and property rules during your stay. Any illegal or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of your booking without refund.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during your stay. You may be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement.
